Soft monoblock jaw for first and second operation chucking. Fits directly into chuck without bolting to a separate master base jaw. Made from C45 (SAE 1045) steel with hardened rack and guideway, suitable for flame or induction hardening of gripping surface.
Fits all 10" wedge bar quick jaw changes chucks made by ATS Systems, Rohm, Schunk, Samchully and SMW-Autoblok sizes 250mm to 275mm including but not limited to the following:
